We offer evaluations and certifications for patients who may be eligible for the Minnesota Medical Cannabis Program. This service is not covered under traditional medical insurance and is a cash-only option. We will perform an evaluation, determine eligibility, register the patient into the Minnesota Board of Medical Cannabis Registration System, and provide a signed Medical Cannabis Certificate.
